A dedicated toll free number 1800 420 8282 will guide the customer on every aspect of the product from enquiry, current offers and purchase to home delivery.

The new Call and Buy medium is safe and secure medium of transaction for customers as it ensures the security consideration of online shopping by using telephone IVR payment gateway, wherein the customer instead of revealing their credit card details on a call, types it through their own phone. The typed credit card details are received in the form of dual-tone multi-frequency (DTMF) which cannot be deciphered by human ear thus reducing the risk of fraud and illegitimate transactions.
